• Always remember that any of your bank’s representatives never send you email/SMS or call you over phone to get your personal information, password or one time SMS which is your high security password.Remember that any such e-mail /SMS or phone call is an attempt to fraudulently withdraw money from your account through internet banking.Never respond to such emails or SMS or phone call.If possible immediately report to your bank through their official website or visit any branch in person.
• Never click on any links provided in the emails.

Always change your Internet Banking password at periodical intervals.

See that your pc is virus free and you are using latest version of operating system with newer security patches and latest versions of browsers and antivirus signatures applied would always improve your internet security.

Do not enter your sensitive information in any sort of pop up windows.
